Oil Thigh Designs is a student-run not-for-profit retailer located on Queen’s Campus with ~ 40 members, and we are looking to hire YOU! Our March Hiring process has now launched and is open to all Queen’s students.
A little about OTD: Historically, Oil Thigh Designs (OTD) is one of the oldest clubs on campus, beginning operations in 1996. Over the past five years, we have donated >$135,000 to charities locally and abroad.
Our ideal team member: is a self-leader, a team player, and passionate about not-for-profit work. We expect no previous retail experience and welcome students of any background and faculty. From consulting and finance to our media and creative team, we are ecstatic to gain talented members that are headstrong about developing their toolkit and giving back.
What we will provide you: We are more than a club, but an active business; our members get hands-on, real-world experience and, in return, provide for those in need. Internally we have a tight-knit, growth-focused, inclusive culture.
Application process: Written and position specific applications are due March 19 at 11:59PM; all applicants will have the opportunity to canvas their personality and skills in an interview between March 20th and 24th. Final decisions will be sent out by March 27th.
