Return Policy

Standard Retail

All sales are final. Exchanges are acceptable within the first two days of purchase in unworn condition. This is subject to the discretion of management. 


Seasonal Sales

Garments purchased at the seasonal sales (e.g. Back to School, Homecoming, St. Patrick’s Day, etc.) are subject to an alternative return and exchange policy due to the seasonal nature of the garments.

Garments can be returned for exchange or refund only on the day of the sale to the sale kiosk (not the store). Only in the event that a garment is defective can it be returned for a refund at the discretion of the management.


Customized Clothing

On several occasions throughout the school year, Oil Thigh Designs offers opportunity for customized clothing purchases. These include Queen’s Commerce leather jackets, and faculty sweaters.


Pick-Up Policy

Effective October 10, 2015, these customized items will be held in-store for 6 months or until the end of the academic term (whichever date is first) after the items have arrived and a notification email has been sent to alert the customer as to pick-up times.

We will make every effort to get into contact with the customer, up to three recorded attempts, after which the responsibility to make contact will lie with the customer.

After three attempts at contact and the applicable holding period, the items will be reclaimed as the property of Oil Thigh Designs and eligible for resale, and no refund of deposits will be offered.

Please note: where reasonable notice is given by the customer to alert Oil Thigh Designs of an inability to pick up their garment, Oil Thigh Designs will make reasonable accommodations as necessary.


Refund of Deposit

Refund of deposit will only be offered at the discretion of the manager if there are reasonable issues or defects with the customized item.


Replacement or Exchange

Due to the nature of customized garments, we cannot offer replacements or exchanges unless there are reasonable defects with the final garment, left to the discretion of the manager. No replacement or exchange will be offered for issues related to size or colour if they are consistent with order information.
